Not completely sure if it's the actual owner or just a random man but that's not too important Uploaded to instagram on October 30, 2017 by an account run by a supposed owner of dog shelter in the middle east (@ skhwt09334621437). A majority of his content is video and images of dogs, presumably his own, but there are a few more times when he uploads questionable content of dog abuse and torture. Found his page recently and knew there was only so much time until he'd be shut down so this is for when that day comes.
