Sergio Palomares-Guzman, 28, has been charged with aggravated animal cruelty for an incident that he began sharing on social media which led to a tip to the police. In the video you can see him give the goat cocaine, then pour whiskey down it's throat. The other two men have not been located yet. Guzman is a horse trainer in Georgia, but due to his "immigration status", ICE is also involved in the case. He is being held on $11,200.00 cash bail. The goat (pictured) is reportedly fine and up for adoption at the Gwinnett County animal shelter.
